National Science Week – 13 August

National Science Week Australia 2024 is an annual celebration of science and technology. It provides a chance for young people to appreciate the contributions of Australian scientists and the world of knowledge. The aim of National Science Week is to spark an interest in science in young people, and to encourage them to find fascination in the world that we live in. The school theme for National Science Week in 2024 is Species Survival – More than just sustainability.

We were very fortunate to have received a National Science Week school grant from the Australian Science Teachers Association to support our activities. The title of the project is BEE-3D – Bee the Change You Want to See.

A huge thank you to the Australian Science Teachers Association (ASTA) for supporting our BEE-3D project.
